The burn-out level is high in this job; the odds of you going on multiple missions will depend more on you than on any decision from MSF. They'll likely be thrilled to keep you around if you've already experienced a mission or two, but you might only have it in you to do one mission. And that's nothing to be ashamed of—it's one more mission than most people will ever do.
