Glory
You'd be hard-pressed to find a job that gives you more moral satisfaction and sense of personal accomplishment than in working for Doctors Without Borders. A triumph for you is saving the life of a child dying of malnutrition, or a mother with TB, or a father with HIV.
When your missions are over, you'll get to look back on thousands of patients you helped care for, patients who might only be alive because of your help in their time of need. To us, that sounds like time well spent.
