Whether you're an old fashioned double-spacer after periods, or a new age single-bingo, you'll agree that words need some breathing room between them. That's exactly what students need to understand with this substandard. In a sentence, there's a capital letter, that first word, a space, and the rest of the words with spaces. We finish it up with a period and a space. Knowing that the white parts of the page break apart words makes readingawholeloteasier. See?
