You've made your way up, and now you're the assistant head custodian for not just Janesville Elementary, but the entire Janesville school district. While it's been tough dealing with more responsibility, you're happy to be a part of the planning process in the battle against grime. It's also kind of cool to be in charge of the rookie janitors.

Leading the Fight. Salary: $37,000 

Mr. Clean has decided to retire, and now it's your chance to lead the charge as head custodian. You take a few minutes to dance with your mop in celebration of your stellar pay increase before almost slipping in a fresh puddle of soda. You could clean it up yourself, but what's the fun in being the boss if you can't call the new part-timer to do the dirty work for you? It feels so good to get out of the trenches.
