Physical Danger
Any time you're working with instruments and chemicals, there are bound to be a few risks. Your acupuncture needles and that strange red fungi you've been growing under the porch for two years are no exceptions. That said, with the right training and knowledge, these risks are not so risky. That is, so long as you act responsibly and don't combine and eat unfamiliar herbs for experimentation.
Because your practice is unconventional, you may also run into unconventional people along the way. People who might, for example, think that an incredibly infectious disease can be cured by ingesting an herb in your office. That may well be the case—or maybe not—but either way, here he is without warning.
Most of holistic practice is dealing with minor pain and things like chronic fatigue or depression, but any time you open your doors as a doctor, expect to be putting yourself at risk of sickness in some capacity.
