In this amateur video, two men enact the dramatic relationship between the Duke of Ferrara and the servant who listens to his monologue. "My Last Duchess" is an especially good poem to see acted out, because as a dramatic monologue it’s much like a short excerpt from a play.
A solid reading of the poem complements a portrait reminiscent of Browning’s Duchess.
