Glory
Depends—are you a technical guy first or a movie lover first? If you care more about the work itself, you'll derive glory from knowing that you personally knocked it out of the park. All the audio sounds great. Everyone sounds like they're right there in the room with you. Even that guy who has a crazed look in his eye and is wielding a bloody machete. Yikes.
On the other hand, if you got into this business because you love the business itself, you're probably hoping that the projects you work on become popular or critically-acclaimed, so that you can take pride in the fact you that had something to do with it. It's just a guess, but the guy who did sound mixing for Zookeeper? We think he may just have been in it for the paycheck.
