There are stars who have had their hair catch fire. You could also trip on the stage, more than once.

You also could be in trouble if the huge crowd you're playing for runs to the stage, lifts you up, and carries you out in to the crowd on a wave of human hands. Getting dropped can hurt.

Giant bubbles are probably a safer bet...and way more fun. (Source)
