Glory

On most days, your job is going to make you feel dirty, with a kind of stink you didn't know existed clinging stubbornly to your nose hair. Here's the thing, though: It only makes you feel physically dirty. Metaphorically, you're squeaky clean.

What do we mean by this? You're one cog in a very large machine—and, sure, without you the machine would still work. Maybe not as well, but it'd function. As plant manager, though, you're a big part of that machine.

You're doing something important: helping clean up the planet. And you're doing it in such a way that's practical and forward-thinking—you're not throwing old things away, you're helping turn them into new things. There are tons of people doing what you do, but you're one of them and that matters.

So when we say you're metaphorically clean, it means you can be proud of your reflection in the mirror no matter how gross you look at the end of the day. You're part of the solution, and that's pretty cool.
