Glory
You get to help someone buy their dream home (or, ideally, lots of homes for lots of people with lots of dreams). You're an emotional voyeur without a buy-in. You get to feel the joy, and then step away while your client slowly realizes that this is now home.
There can even be tears, but...they should all belong to your clients. You're a professional; keep it together. Or at least wait until you get home to let it out.
