Stress
You'll have deadlines to meet and frustratingly inept vendors to deal with, but all in all, you don't have to put up with that much stress. You're exercising your creative muscles (and exorcising your creative demons), your work environment is ever-changing, and you're continually met with exciting challenges that make the days go by pretty quickly.
The only time you may have to deal with a significant amount of stress is when you take a sledgehammer to what you did not at first realize is a load-bearing wall. Is the ceiling supposed to be closing in on you like that?
