Stress
Take the regular stress of being a hospital nurse and add the mini-dramas of a stranger's home life, a ton of travel, constant back strain, being on-call pretty much all the time, and maybe a Pomeranian gnawing at your leg while you're taking vitals (source). Good luck keeping your hypertension down. On the bright side, most home care nurses have supremely high job satisfaction, so you may be stressed, but at least you'll be happy (source).
