Getting in shouldn't be too difficult, but that doesn't mean it'll be easy to make a decent living in this industry. Minimal pay for crew personnel is the norm, and management positions for qualified horticultural professionals are hard to come by. New or expanding floricultural enterprises do the most hiring—they're blossoming, if you will. (Sorry.)
