Bell Curve
CSR Assistant. Salary: $55,000 or less
As you head into the office to start the day, carrying two cardboard coffee holders, you greet Terry at the reception desk and put his coffee on the counter. Terry pushes it back to you and reminds you of the company's "No Paper Products" policy. His judging stare says even more.
Junior CSR Officer. Salary: $80,000
Walking into your boss' office, you shout excitedly about your brother-in-law's band, Stinky Diapers, agreeing to play the upcoming community outreach fundraiser. Looking into the eyes of the stunned board members, you slowly back out of the room.
Senior CSR Officer. Salary: $105,000
You've finished your community outreach coordination for the evening and pack up to head home. As you're about to leave, the phone rings. You feel like you should answer it, but you remember you're a senior officer and answering phones is what assistants are for.
CSR Manager. Salary: $135,000
As the team leaves the office, you bask in the silence following another successful meeting. The team really seemed to hang on every word you said. Looking out the window, you take in the sun, not registering your reflection which clearly shows mustard from lunch on your chin.
CSR Consultant. Salary: $150,000
Sitting back in your chair in your home office, you allow yourself a smile as you look at the completed plan you created for one of your higher-paying clients. The smile fades as you realize it would essentially put them out of business. Maybe the ninth time is the charm?
