PBIS: Integrity & Honesty With Your Peers 443 Views

Description:
We’re always honest with our peers. Like that one time we told Pam from HR that she didn’t just have a bat in the cave, she had a whole bat sanctuary living in a protected, hairy environment. We still don’t know why she seemed so upset afterwards.

here people At first johnny seemed like a decent guy
- 00:22
friendly personality Well liked by his teachers A smile that
- 00:26
could charm the pants off a department store Mannequin did
- 00:29
a few times So you started hanging out with them
- 00:32
shelling at his place telling him your secrets Oops Hope
- 00:36
to see you at your induction ceremony into the bonehead
- 00:39
hall of fame Well that thing you told johnny yeah
- 00:41
that you'd never ever ever told anyone else Yeah well
- 00:44
johnny didn't treasure that information as much as you did
- 00:47
He took that juicy bit of gossip man told half
- 00:49
the varsity basketball team and they are now using it
- 00:53
to torture you without mercy But johnny came crawling back
- 00:56
to you Apologize profusely Said it was an error in
- 00:59
judgment and would never happen again while pram rolls around
- 01:04
and neither of you have a date So you decide
- 01:06
To go together Well you get all dolled up on
- 01:08
a big night You've never been to a school dance
- 01:11
before And even though you and johnny you're just friends
- 01:13
you're jazzed about this thing Well it's not every day
- 01:16
you get to put your hair in a fancy bun
- 01:19
So you finished getting ready and you wait and you
- 01:21
wait and you wait some more and through your front
- 01:23
door you see johnny walking by arm in arm with
- 01:26
melissa corn wyler it's Not that you're secretly crushing on
- 01:30
johnny or anything it's Not even that you wouldn't normally
- 01:32
be happy for him that he found someone but he
- 01:35
said he was going with you relative You made plans
- 01:38
and there you are waiting for him to pick you
- 01:40
up and he didn't even grace you with courtesy of
- 01:42
a phone call to let you know about change plans
- 01:45
makes him scum well lower than scum Whatever scum scrapes
- 01:49
off its pots and pans underneath Um that's johnny Well
- 01:52
you're too devastated to go to the day and so
- 01:54
you don't run into him again until monday at school
- 01:57
Try giving him the silent treatment but it didn't stick
- 02:00
That smile though once again he grovels like he spent
- 02:03
years mastering the art He has a million excuses and
- 02:06
explanations and eventually he wears you down Convinces you to
- 02:10
give him one more chance thatyou dio some reason you
- 02:13
decided to loan him one hundred bucks for this electric
- 02:15
guitar He's been eyeing and he's just a condo short
- 02:18
and lost his job shop mart But he's got three
- 02:21
hundred coming from his grandma and he'll be able to
- 02:24
pay you back in no time Emphasis in no times
- 02:28
for the next three weeks You don't see johnny outside
- 02:30
of school because johnny has only seen his electric guitar
- 02:33
Well he finally does hang out with you again He
- 02:35
acts like he thought the hundred bucks was a gift
- 02:38
And suddenly he has no clue There was ever any
- 02:40
intention and pay you back Of course He's full of
- 02:42
it And you know that now finally but it's a
- 02:45
lot of time energy and heartache wasted Johnny tries the
- 02:48
gravel in trick again But finally you're over it Good
- 02:50
for you will you Three times a shame on you
- 02:53
fool you four times or something like that you know
- 02:56
And believe it or not john he's actually crushed as
- 02:59
much as he used and lied to you He really
- 03:01
did enjoy your company considered you a true friend even
- 03:05
but johnny's lack of integrity and his inability to be
- 03:08
honest for more than two point two seconds has led
- 03:11
to your friendships inevitable demise Maybe he'll take your dismissal
- 03:15
of him and learn from it for next time But
- 03:18
meantime your friendships over maybe he'll learn In ten years
- 03:22
we'll just have a really large collection of electric it
- 03:24
ties from other fools He ripped off and he'll probably
- 03:27
have no one to play them for johnny you and 00:03:29.968 --> [endTime] johnny
