- 00:09
They say the power of community to create health is far greater that of any physician,

They say we shouldn’t make a video about trolls…
- 00:20
We say…we do what we want. Say you're part of a family of trolls. [Man giving a presentation on no troll videos]
- 00:25
You guys help each other do troll-y things like.. hunting things, and... uh, doing magical
- 00:30
and sword-fight-y things? …What do trolls do…. [Red smoke and troll with a sword appears]
- 00:33
Well whatever they do, we’re sure it’s great.
- 00:35
Now imagine if you had a community of troll clans.
- 00:38
The more trolls you have pitching in to help your troll community, the stronger it becomes, [Trolls working together walking over a bridge]
- 00:42
and the more opportunities arise from it.
- 00:44
You could rely on each other for security, you could learn how to use magic, or how to
- 00:48
sew, or play hopscotch or whatever it is trolls do. Seriously, what do trolls do…? [Troll playing hop-scotch]
- 00:54
And you know what the best part of being a good member of your troll community is?
- 00:57
It's how rewarding helping out the community can really be. [Troll down by the river]
- 01:00
Whether it's helping an old troll carry her groceries, or running a class for young trolls
- 01:04
to learn to play troll instruments… [Troll learning how to play the guitar]
- 01:06
…the key to a happy, fulfilling, and enriching life as a troll is to give to the community.
- 01:10
…Okay, so our analogy wasn’t perfect. Whatever. Trolls are cool. So are communities.
- 01:14
They’re your extended family. They’re where you came from. They’re who you know
- 01:18
and who you care about. They support you. [People appear at a birthday party in a garden]
- 01:20
And if you treat your community right, it’ll always be there for you.
- 01:24
So pitch in now and again. It’s pretty rewarding.
- 01:26
And if you don’t... the trolls will get you. Or something. [Door bell rings and troll with a sword appears]
- 01:29
Alright, we’ll brush up on trolls before we use them as an analogy again…geesh.
