To solve, we need to get x all by itself.

And when we say "by itself," we mean no numbers, no negative symbols... no nothing.

With that in mind, we first subtract 23 from both sides:

And we get -10x = 330.

Next, divide 330 by -10 to leave x alone.

x = -33.
- 00:46
And... that's it. Our answer is B.
