Buffalo Bill

Buffalo Bill, whose real name is Jame Gumb, is a serial killer who kidnaps women. He tortures them in a hole, alternately feeds and starves them, then murders them, skins them, and sews their hides into his very own woman suit. At least he's nice enough to give them lotion to keep them moisturized. You don't get much more antagonistic than that.
