Charlie probably wouldn't be caught dead listening to Top 40 Hits on the radio, but if he did, he might have heard some of these hits of the '90s, like Bryan Adams' "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You." And then he would promptly change the station.
Charlie sends 52 letters, averaging out to a letter a week. A stamp (that's a little sticky square you put on a letter to pay the post office to carry it to its intended destination) cost $.29 in 1991, so it would have cost Charlie $15.08 to mail all his letters.
