OK, this is a young adult novel, but romance is definitely on our protagonist's mind. (Romance is a good strategy for winning the Hunger Games, after all.) Still, while love and romance are major themes, nothing ever gets too explicit. There's a whole lot smooching and canoodling. But that's about it.
