This line is from the song "Heigh-Ho," written by Frank Churchill and Larry Morey, from the movie Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937).

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was the first full-length animated movie of all-time and, as such, it needed to have a killer score. Sure, we loved songs like "Some Day My Prince Will Come" and "Whistle While You Work," but "Heigh-Ho" is probably the best known tune to come out of the film.

In this scene, the seven dwarfs are hammering away in the mine near their house, digging up diamonds and rubies and all kinds of shiny things. Hey, it's a living. But when the whistle blows, the workday is over and the dwarfs make their way home. It's time for a happy work-is-over-let's-hit-the-bar song. That's where "Heigh-Ho" comes in.

The dwarfs sing and whistle as they make their way back to their messy little cabin in the woods. These guys are ready to kick their feet up and relax at home where a runaway princess is most definitely not waiting to surprise them after a long day of work.
