Brad Arnold, the lead singer of American rock band 3 Doors Down, says that he originally wrote this line and the bulk of their The Better Life album while daydreaming in math class when he was 15. So the next time a teacher busts you when you aren't paying attention, just tell them that you're busy writing a top ten single.
