Context
This line is from the song "Under the Sea" by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken from the movie The Little Mermaid (1989).
Sebastian's got his work cut out for him if he wants to keep this little mermaid under the sea. Here he whips up a quick ocean orchestra to try to let Ariel know that things are much, much better down where it's wetter. In fact, you could even say that up on the surface they kill and eat fish like Ariel. Isn't it better to be safe than sorry? Ariel sure doesn't think so. Oh, man, it's tough getting through to teenagers.
Where you've heard it
Yes, you'll usually hear this quote being sung as part of the Disney classic "Under the Sea," but on its own, it's got a sort of pervy sound. Sorry.
