Investing Style

Lots of styles out there, "style" being another term for a way to make money on your investment. Here's a company with tons of styles in the mutual fund world: https://www.americanfunds.com/individual/investments.

Growth. Growth and Income. Income. And there are private funds, hedge funds, funds of funds, index funds, and everything in between.

The key? Be invested. The market historically, goes up, eh...3/4 of the time annually, so just holding cash is usually a bad thing. And yes, we do have big bad bear markets at times. But over time, a bet against the markets going up over time is a bet against American-style capitalism, and that's probably a bad financial bet.

price gradually creeps upward back to that eighteen figure And

then the value investor likely sells the stock when it

01:08

goes from cheap to being fairly priced like you know

01:11

back in that eighteen twenty dollars target price kind of

01:14

thing Yeah that's where it was supposed to be earlier

01:16

all else being equal Well the normal cycle would then
