When something is impaired, it's not working...at least not working properly.

Tiger's knee was imparied. So was his back. So was his neck. And love life. But he repaired. So it was no longer...impaired.

And in the 2019 Masters final round he was paired. With two golfers who swore in French when they lost and said, "Merde."
