"BOE" for short. Pronounced "beau" or "bow" or "bo."

It is a term that denotes the quantity of energy which corresponds to the amount contained in a barrel of oil. Sometimes it's referred to as the Crude Oil Equivalent. It's often used to convert the energy capacity of natural gas to its equivalent in crude oil, as well as to compare the energy assets of a company that produces both crude oil and natural gas over time.
